I’ve been meditating a lot on my ovaries as of late, and connecting to their energy in whole new ways. The images I’ve received or dreamed up in these meditations are some of the most beautiful things I’ve seen. Full of magic and wonder; my eggs as pearly, shiny treasures.

I recorded a nidra practice this morning by the river, it’s a hypnotic story you can dream away on, just like I dreamed away in the river water when recording it:

It plays with the tranformative and restorative powers of earth and water, as we savour the last few months of the year of the snake; deep in the winter where shedding, cleansing and dying come together with the regenerative acts of eating, making love and sleeping.
