About me

Hi, I’m Nya

I live in a village in the Catalan mountains with my partner, in a house above his grandma, and we get a visit from the neighbour’s black cat most days. My day job is in tech and my passion is the feminine arts and mysteries.

I work with groups and individuals, mainly online but also in person, offering Tao Tantric coaching and breathwork in one-to-one sessions, courses, workshops and community moon circles.

I teach yoni egg practices (always as part of the wider Taoist sexual arts), emotional alchemy, shadow work, sexual energy liberation and sublimation, relationship & communication tools, nervous system wizardry, and much more.

My focus is on spiritual empowerment rooted in love and lit up by life force, work that creates more depth and freedom in all of our relationships.

The main schools I draw on are Tao Tantra, Biodynamic Breathwork, Yoga Nidra and Yoni Shakti Yoga.

All of these have a common emphasis on creating spiritual empowerment and integration of what is in the shadow – including putting the feminine back in its place of equal worth and honouring.

The spaces I create are trauma informed and lit by love, joy and pleasure—these are the torches we carry down the winding steps that lead to the basement of our being.

There are things we need down there. Rage, inner children, repressed desires, forgotten needs. All of this is sacred, and all of it has a purpose and place.

When we stop exiling parts of ourselves and our experience, we become whole. We come home to ourselves, but also to interconnectedness. The meeting and accepting of ourselves allow us to meet and accept others, and create meaningful connections.

My own daily practice consists of movement, meditation and time in nature. Atually, there isn’t a boundary between practice and life—its how I dress, how I relate to my emotions, to my partner, my family, my colleagues, to people I find difficult, to politics & poetry.

It’s a daily decision to say yes: to being both in service and in awe of life; to take pleasure and joy from any experience, and to continuously build capacity for deeper service and deeper rapture.

My Teachers

I’ve been held and guided by many hands and hearts and continue to be so. I am imensely grateful to all my teachers, especially those who’ve guided me through in person deep programs:

Minke de Vos

Shashi Solluna

Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

Peruquois

…as well as my many yoga teachers, meditation teachers, healers, mentors, medicin holders, the team at Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS), Mama Gena, Layla Martin and more.

I extend this thankfulness to all my relations, family, friends and lovers who keep showing me ways to more love and home coming.

Finally, imense gratitude to the great mother, to the land I live on with her magical waters and all the creatures and plants that teach me so much and fill my heart.
