Because of the way we learn sexuality on this planet, most of our yonis are either shut down or disconnected or both. Yoni egg practice is much more than a bit of complex kegels with a crystal.

Yoni egg practice is a fusion of ancient and modern technologies for building mind-body connection, bringing sexual aliveness, releasing traumas held in the body and completely redefining what is ‘sensation’ in the yoni.

This course draws on wisdom from Taoism, modern somatic approaches to trauma release, bio energetics, Tantric energy principles and breathwork.

It is an invitation to come to your body as altar and meet the goddess right here, right now, in the flesh—with an extraordinary amount of tenderness.

We spend time practicing a deeper level of consent with our bodies than most of us are used to; it’s never a case of simply “popping in the egg”. We practice ample foreplay: energetic, emotional and pysical care taking of ourselves before offering the egg to the yoni.

You’ll learn:

• How to turn yourself on when you want to
• Moving your sexual energy up through your body with breath, movement and meditation
• To listen deeper to your body (she might seem quiet at first, but her whispers a force of nature!)
• How to create space for emotional alchemy in sex (the basis for being multi orgasmic is to be multi emotional)
